Write a short title for your proposal here, and with reference to the numbering
of any existing proposals, add the title above where it says Write a title for your proposal
For example, if the highest numbered proposal is 03 - some proposal then make
yours 04 - your proposal title. This then orders the list correctly.
Existing text
Quote the paragraphs you want to change indicating their document name and paragraph number.
Write none if your proposal is adding a new paragraph.
New text
Rewrite the above paragraphs marking in strikethrough the parts you wish to delete and insert in red your new text.
Reason
Explain the reasons for the proposed amendment.
