{note:title=Change of traditional Plenary dates} Historically, CIMA Plenaries were always in November. The [2022 Plenary|cimaPlenaries:Plenary 2022] decided to change this to February.
This means that this February 2024 meeting will be the next full plenary after the November 2022 one.
There will be an online [2023 Plenary meeting|cimaPlenaries:Plenary 2023] in the spring / summer, but this is intended to be only to discuss forthcoming championship bids. {note}

* *20 December 2023* ** *Colibri Diploma proposals*. These MUST be received by FAI secretariat at least 2 months before the meeting. NACs should send their nominations to members@fai.org in advance of this date.
* *6 January 2024* ** *Plenary Agenda*. If you have any burning issues you want included in the agenda you must send them to the CIMA President or FAI Secretariat before then.
** *S10 amendments*. Are managed on the wiki in the CIMA Section 10 - [Current proposals|cimaS10:20214 Proposals] section. To make a proposal you will need to log in and a special template is ready for you to add in your proposal. If you have forgotten your login, the wiki can send it to you automatically. The objective of course it to arrive at a definitive series of proposals by the deadline which will ‘work’ within the greater context of the whole of S10 and will be presented in the normal way to the [microlight committee|cimaMicrolight:CIMA microlight subcommittee], the [paramotor committee|cimaParamotor:CIMA Paramotor Committee], or, if a general item, the whole plenary for a YES or NO answer.
** *Local regulations and task catalogue* for all FAI category 1 events proposed for 2024 and 2025 ** *Future plenary venues*. Lausanne is the default venue. NACs may wish to propose alternatives, but they must be in writing and received by the CIMA President or FAI Secretariat before this date.
