4.7.1 Championship flights shall be controlled in accordance with the regulations contained in the sporting code, ( General section and Section 10) and the published local regulations or the set of rules when appropriatd for the event.

Reason

France thinks that for Slalom purposed, a set of rules has to be prepared by the paramotor committee and adopted by CIMA. Slalom standards are not under the same constraints which allow an organiser to adapt local regulations to - air traffic control and others ties.
